Our client Latius Ghana Ltd holds the franchise for an international food retailer which places emphasis on good old family values such as wholesomeness, trust, honesty, integrity and will have freshness and value placed on premium, with outlets across the continent is seeking to employ these various position for their soon to be opened store in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

•   The candidate must be in charge of all monetary transactions on a daily basis
•   Must order change from the bank and ensure that all cashiers have sufficient money in their tills at all times
•   The candidate must do pickups from cashiers and store money in a safe place
•   Must ensure that all the cashiers till balance are accounted for and record all pick-ups, banking, cash-ups and schedules

Qualification Required & Experience

Competences / Skills

•   A good university degree in accounting from a recognised institution
•   Candidate must have a strong numeracy skill that can be used to compute the incoming and outgoing funds
•   The candidate must be time conscious to ensure that all cashiers are ready to start before the store opens.
•   Must be able to work under pressure
•   The candidate must have interpersonal skills
•   Must be computer literate
•   The candidate must have 5 years relevant work experience in related field.
