A reputable IATA Travel Agency is looking for qualified Travel Consultants to work in the capacity of an Airline Ticketing and Reservation Officer.

Qualification Required & Experience

Knowledge and Skills Required:

•  Proficient in the use of Amadeus GDS
•  Proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Word and Excel
•  Excellent customer service
•  Experience in producing daily and monthly sales report
•  Knowledge of Aviation and Airline Industry
•  Have good telephone manners and strong communication skills
•  Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task
•  Proficient in Mathematics and fluent in English Language
•  Proficient in the use of any other 2 GDS will be an advantage
•  Have the ability to work well as part of a team

Qualification and Experience:

•  You should have at least IATA Diploma
•  A marketing background will be a plus
•  At least 2 years experience in the Airline and Travel Industry
•  Must possess a valid driving license
