Position: Branch Manager
Locations: Accra, Koforidua, Kumasi & Tamale
Supervisor: National Sales & Marketing Manager

Performance Expectation

•   Manage Sales Managers to achieve set target according to agreed performance management contract.
•   Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to their administrative jurisdiction.
•   Report on performance according to set timelines.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree preferably in Marketing or Insurance with at least two (2) years’ experience in related field.
•   MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing.
•   Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana
•   Insurance College or the CII-UK or Professional qualification in Marketing
•   Proven track record of sales success shall be an advantage.

Location: Accra, Koforidua, Kumasi & Tamale
