Job Summary

•   To plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and delivery

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Ensure a prompt repayment of defaults by clients
•   Responsible for maintaining branch minimum recovery of 95% per month
•   Responsible for post disbursement assessment
•   Liaise with the General Manager Recovery for contingent directions, instructions and permissions as and when necessary so as to avoid any unauthorised practices especially in the field
•   Persistently ensure follow ups on debtors through phone calls, visitations, joint recovery actions to see to it that all Loan balances handed are reduced to zero

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a degree or HND in Accounting / Finance
•   Knowledge and experience in the microfinance and debt recovery operations
•   Minimum of 2 years experience as a recovery officer

Key Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

•   Must understand the trends and scopes of credit methodology as well as recovery modules and operations
•   Must be proficient in MS word, excel and powerpoint
