Job Vacancy For Director of Admissions At African University College of Communications(AUCC)
The African University College of Communications(AUCC) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment as: Director of Admissions
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• To manage and supervise quality student service in the area of registration, tuition, assessment and academic records
• Ensure that policies of the University relating to personnel records, training, wages and salaries are translated into effective management practices
• Ensure the availability of all services and equipment necessary to support the administration and academic programmes of the University
• Be responsible for the custody of the seal of the University
• Serve as Secretary for all Boards and meetings of the Council and the Board
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years continues service as registrar in a tertiary institution and a
• Holder of a Masters degree from a recognized institution.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling and leadership techniques, personnel recruitment and other HR related services
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
