An internationally recognized non-governmental organization focused on improving the health of women and families internationally and in Ghana is seeking qualified, skilled and highly motivated candidates to fill the position for ICT4D Officer

The ICT4D officer will be based in Accra and will provide management of and technical assistance for use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in a pilot of an eLearning platform for pre-service education in six midwifery schools in Ghana.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in an information and communication technology, management sciences, or public health related field
•   Minimum of three years’ experience providing technical assistance for eHealth, mHealth, or ICT interventions
•   Competent in the use of ICT in the health sector
•   Experienced in:
1)  designing, developing, implementing and evaluating technology-assisted projects
2)  identifying and incorporating or adapting best and promising evidence-based practices
3)  Interested in keeping up-to-date with technologies and technology standards
•   Willing to and able to travel extensively within the country
