A Reputable FMCG / Food Distribution Company representing major MNC's in Ghana, seeks suitably qualified persons as below, for the position of Sales Managers to be based at Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Koforidua, Takorida and Tamale.

Key Responsibilities

•   Developing customer wise/channel wise sales plan for allocated area/channel
•   Achieve or exceed sales and collection targets
•   Conduct regular market visits to review and optimize coverage, distribution and visibility
•   To track competitor activities, products, prices and other business related information and update
•   Lead the team from front with proper planning, training and allocation of duties and follow up

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Graduate or Post Graduate in Sales and or Management from a recognized university
•   Minimum of 10 years experience in selling and distribution of FMCG products of which at least 5 years should be in a managerial position
•   Should be a team player with good interpersonal, communication, leadership and presentation skills
•   Flexibility to work in any part of Ghana
