Role Purpose

To ensure  smooth operation and project supervision of the mobile financial service –Tigo Cash.

Key Responsibilities

•   To test and implement business ideas on the Tigo Cash Platform
•   Changes per request from commercial team are made operational on the tiGO cash platform.

•   Agent Hierachy Mgt
•   Manage all hierarchies on the platform.
•   Health Checks on Test and Production Server
•   Health checks are performed on all Servers
•   USM MANAGEMENT
•   USM’s are updated and managed till project execution is complete.
•   Troubleshooting Customer Complaints
•   Customer complaints related to the platform are attended to.
•   Salary Payment and Commission Payment
•   Payment of salary and commissions to stakeholders .
•   Programming
•   Development of web services , writing of applications and other tools to help team work more efficiently.

Position Requirements

Knowledge
GSM & UMTS, cellular technologies, Accounting, Business Management, Database, Computer Programming
Skills

•   GENERIC: POA follow up
•   JOB SPECIFIC: USSD,Agent hierarchy on Mobile Financial Services
•   OTHER REQUIREMENTS: preferred vendor knowledge

Experience

•   Two (2) year experiences in Engineering, IT.Should have a business background.
