Background

•   A professional services delivery firm with national and international commitments is looking for a dynamic and outstanding individual to take up the role of Senior Officer (Communication and Marketing).
•   The official language for the work is English.
•   The location of the role is Accra with occasional internal and  external travels.

Job Objective
The objective of the role is to plan, coordinate and execute communication and marketing programs and activities for the enhancement and sustenance of the business.

Job Scope

•   Manage major communication projects to ensure that the desired outputs are achieved according to company specifications and standards.
•   Plan and coordinate all electronic, visual, and print media activities and programs of the company.
•   Plan and coordinate the implementation of local, national and international events and programs for the company.
•   Plan and coordinate all public relation activities and programs for the company.
•   Conduct research and implement appropriate systems to obtain relevant market and industry information for business development and growth.
•   Keep management informed of all information of business relevance with the required accuracy and timeliness.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have the ability to meet all the expectations in the representative scope of work above.
•   Must possess a good first degree (or equivalent) or higher in a relevant academic or professional discipline.
•   Must possess a minimum of 3 years work experience.
•   Must be confident, pleasant at his/her work, and have good personal qualities that help to achieve the goals of the role.
•   Must have excellent command (oral and written) over the English language.
•   Knowledge in French will be an advantage.
•   Must be goal-oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines at short notice.
•   Must be passionate about protecting the Environment and saving Lives.
