GKL Ghana Ltd is an international developer and construction company who delivers complete solution to both public and private sector clients. We wish to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to support the pre-construction of function of our building, road and civil engineering projects.

Role Profile.

. Review available proprietary estimating software systems and make recommendations as to the most suitable to be
implemented.
. Produce pre-qualification information and documentation for submission.
. Prepare bills of quantity measured in accordance with SMM7 and CESMM3
. Production of elemental cost plans.
. Production of all necessary tender documentation including method statements, time schedules and project delivery plans.
. Identify all necessary resources required in order to achieve project delivery on time and to the required specification.

Key Competencies

. At least 10 years experience as an estimator or contractors quantity surveyor and have an in depth knowledge into
construction methodology.
. Must be logical, numeric, interrogative and have a high level of computer literacy.
. Must be a self starter and have the ability to work under minimum supervision to achieve strict and challenging deadlines which will require working long hours  to achive the required goals while also possessing good written and verbal communication skills.
. Must be a team player who all times displays exemplary professionalism and operates with the highest of integrity.
