Role Purpose
To provide operational IT support to our Corporate Market team and Back Office operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:
• Provide relevant I.T set-up and support to the corporate market office
• Provide relevant I.T and technical support for the sales and account management team by liaising with the relevant persons in the Factory
• Work with third party partners to execute new product ideas in line with commercial agenda
• Regularly assess the hardware needs of the department with a view to advising HOD on the way forward
• Provide relevant coaching to team members to be able to trouble shoot simple customer IT related issues
• Occasional customer visit to deepen loyalty and minimize churn
Qualification Required & Experience
• Good First Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum one year’s experience in Technical or Commercial field.
• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
