Deputy Head of Credit wanted for immediate employment by Fiaseman Rural Bank Limited

JOB FUNCTION:

•   Responsible for the review and appraisal of commercial and other credit proposals of the Dank
•   Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and bi-annual prudential credit and management information returns
•   To act in the absence of the Head of Credit
•   To be assigned with any specialised Credit functions
•   Grow the customer base through purposeful research marketing and business development
•   Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirement

SALARY
Commensurate with experience and Salary history, but very attractive

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess a minimum of first Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines or its equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

•   Five (5) years Banking Experience with at least two (2) years in lending or related activities, experience in marketing is a definite advantage

SKILLS

•   Excellent Communication, interpersonal quantitative and analytical skills
•   Innovative and Proactive
•   Diligence, Knowledge of SMES, Multi-tasking and Prioritization skills
•   Computer literate in Microsoft office word, Microsoft office Excel, Microsoft office PowerPoint
•   Skilful in the use of TEMENOS EMERGE (T24) Application Software will be an added advantage
