Duties & Responsibilities

•   Lead and supervise the investment and research analyst team
•   Lead all clients pitching processes
•   Synthesizing leads by editing project or investment proposals for presentation to prospective clients, management and or board of directors
•   Assessing investment attractiveness , investment competitiveness dynamics, customer trends against company strength, weakness and management capabilities
•   know how to interpret the impulses of the financial market and distinguish ability to advice on short- and long-term effects of financial market investments

Qualification Required & Experience

Person’s Specification:

•   Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience performing securities analysis, credit analysis, or investment research
•   Investment related professional qualification preferred
•   candidates with an in-depth knowledge of markets (financial and other), major socio-economic trends, financial vehicles, the most common specialised computer tools, and governing legislation
•   Strong editorial skills to write reports, project or investment proposals in English
•   Desire to work hard with sometimes stressful agendas, result orientated and used to  delivering  within set deadlines
•   Team player with business experience and  capacity to interact at all levels
•   Skills in financial and business analysis, business strategy, and operational effectiveness,
•   The candidate must show interest in growing personally and professionally into a position in which he/she can take over additional responsibilities if need be
•   Candidates must also have exceptional customer-requirement evaluation skills
