Duties & Responsibilities

•   Responsible for cash management
•   Liquidity planning and control to establish and maintain access to short term and financial options and coordination of financial solutions
•   Manage the risk of interest rate mismatch and liquidity
•   Pricing of liquidity for business lines within the company
•   Managing investment yield by ensuring maximum optimization of clients and corporate investments
•   Conduct trading activities for  the companies own account and capital
•   Management of interest currency and commodity risk
•   Procurement of finance and financial investments
•   Providing investment advice and recommendations
•   Monitoring local and foreign stock market performances and advising
•   Administering and evaluating clients’ investment hol

Qualification Required & Experience

Person specification

•   Understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship
•   financial qualifications and/or experience
•   experience of producing financial reports such as budgets, forecasts and cash flows
•   experience of financial management and compliance with financial regulations
•   experience of charity finance, fundraising and pension schemes
•   the ability to think strategically, to analyse proposals and identify their financial consequences
•   willingness to devote the necessary time and effort and be available for advice and enquiries on an ad hoc basis
•   commitment to the organisation as a full member of the board of trustees
•   good, independent judgment and ability to think creatively
•   ability to work effectively as a member of a team
•   Appropriate educational qualification and extensive sales or investment experience of not less than 5 years
