A reputable Non-Banking Financial Institution is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of:- Head of Finance

Job Role

•   Responsible for managing an effective and efficient accounting and treasury system and procedures for the company
•   Provide timely financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements
•   Provide periodic reports for Management decision and policy formulation
•   Establish appropriate financial controls and procedures to guide operations of the institution
•   Prepare and monitor the company's budget and control recurrent expenditure to achieve planned financial results
•   Ensure that the institution's tax obligations are settled in line with statutory requirements
•   Supervise the staff of the Treasury and Accounts Departments

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and competencies

•   Chartered Accountant with ACCA or CA (GH). A Master's degree in Finance will be an advantage
•   Minimum of eight (8) years relevant post qualification experience in a bank, savings & loans company of finance house
•   Be proficient in the use of accounting and treasury software
•   Must have the ability to prioritise task with deadlines
•   Possess very good leadership and team skills
