Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant should have the following minimum qualification

•   The applicant should be a female and not more than forty (40) years old
•   She should possess Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related subject from a recognised University
•   She should have a valid driving licence
•   She should have excellent interpersonal skills
•   She must have five (5) years relevant working experience
•   The applicant should have a strategic vision that can transform the Bank into a leader in the Rural Banking Sector
