Local and international non-profit organisations are partnering to expand their programme portfolio in Ghana with a particular focus on supporting sustainable fisheries and coastal management initiatives. The following specialist position is expected to become available in early 2014.

Job Summary

•   Will work with small scale farmers, fish marketers and processors to develop expanded business opportunities and develop a package of interventions to improve their competitiveness and entreprenuarial capacities and identfy opportunities for improved value-added product development and expanded market opportunities.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred, in a related field with at least 5 years experience working working with local small-to-medium-scale agricultural or fisheries producers, marketers and processors
