Title: Sales / Customer Care Manager

Role:

To support our planned growth, the company is introducing an internal Customer care / telesales function to the business with immediate effect. The role is to create and manage a team comprising of the Telesales / Customer Care Analysts focused on selling to the company products as well as handling their complains.

You will be successful in this position if you can:

•   Take a hands-on and leading role in outbound telesales calls to generate sales opportunity pipeline to meet the company, ambitious revenue growth
•   Handle end user prospecting & follow up
•   To work with colleagues to achieve sales objectives of company by growing the pipeline of opportunities to engage in direct sales and provide qualified leads to the Field Sales Team.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   he successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and success in the creation and management of a Telesales / Customer Care Activity and proactively participate in and execute the Sales and Marketing plans to generate the sales pipeline
•   A good working knowledge of Sugar CRM (preferable) or equivalent software, including data import, pipeline management and reporting
•   A track record of telesales engagements with senior management, preferably sales director
•   Experience of software telesales marketing and customer care would be an advantage
•   Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Client Services with 1 year in leadership position.
