JOB PURPOSE

Acquiring new business and deepening existing customer relationships by working with customers to help make the right decisions with their businesses while explaining the financial services to them. Effectively executing lending and deposit sales, Balance sheet, P& L, maintaining operational efficiency while providing the appropriate service standards in order to achieve the bank’s objectives as stated in the job description.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Knowledge of banking and credit risk practices
•   Good understanding of industry, regulatory and compliance practices.
•   Analytical
•   Demonstrate understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L
•   Good 1st Degree holder in relevant discipline (added advantage, post graduate)

EXPERIENCE TO RUN THE BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLY

•   In-depth understanding of customer behavior
•   Knowledge of retail industry
•   Proven sales track record with minimum of 3 yrs managerial experience.
•   Experience to manage a large scale of people.
•   Efficient credit writing skills and understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L.
•   Ability to convert opportunities to profits.
•   Have deep understanding of industry regulatory and compliance practice.
•   Minimum  3 years cross industry experience
