Job Summary

•   Group formation and effective group management
•   Credit management, disbursement and recovery of loans
•   Organisation, moderation and supervision of groups meetings.
•   Preparation of regular field and financial reports.
•   Screen credit groups members and assess their loan requirement according to Bank’s Policy,

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicant must possess:

•   At least HND or its equivalent in Accounting, Marketing, Social Work, Agriculture.
•   A minimum of National Service experience working with development / community oriented programme / financial Institution.
•   Demonstrates interpersonal skills
•   Strong people management
•   Strong public relation and community entry skills
•   Motor bike riding skills
•   Willingness to work in rural and deprived areas
•   Computer literacy skills

Location: Kwahu Praso, Eastern Region
