Job Purpose

Supervise and effectively manage branch operations to accurately record the events of each day while growing the business of the bank

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Minimum of university degree, professional qualification will be an advantage
•   Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior branch management position in Savings and Loans, Microfinance and/or Rural Banking environment is essential
•   Proficient in the use of MS software, Excel, Word and Report writing
•   Ability to plan, organise and follow up on customers activities
•   Ability and willingness to train team members
•   Ability to conduct onself in a manner which encourages customers respect and confidence
