A reputable international organisation is seeking to fill the following position for an intended project: Senior Capacity Building and Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

•   Design and implement FBO and NGO strengthening programs
•   Conduct startup survey of NGO/FBOs in Northern Ghana
•   Track program implementation through development phases
•   Develop business management training manuals and materials as required
•   Design and implement business management training programs for NGO/FBO management and leadership

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc. Degree in business management (MBA preferred)
•   Strong background in SMME development with a minimum of ten years experience
•   Experience in NGO/BFO capacity strengthening programs
•   Training design, implementation and management
