Job Vacancy For Accounts Officer



Purpose: to oversee all financial transactions both internally and externally.

Duties and responsibilities

•   Perform banking duties
•   Check periodically inventory in the warehouse
•   Handle filing of returns (VAT, IRS & SSNIT)
•   Prepare employees pay slips
•   Liaise with external auditors for the smooth conduct of auditing activities
•   Do reconciliation of accounts
•   Record daily sales and keep proper books of accounts
•   Keep adequate documentary evidence of all transactions
•   Assist in preparing budget and company financial reports
•   Perform other tasks that may be assigned to you by management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor Degree holders with 3 years working experience in a trading company
•   Applicant must be trustworthy and hardworking
•   Good knowledge of Tally software is a plus (inventory) is desirable
•   Must be hardworking, ethical and able to work with a team
•   Good knowledge of French is desirable
