Role Purpose
Contribute to Tigo’s strategic goals,continually improving the present (and future) performance of Tigo.

stimulating innovation and consumer focus throughout the operation.Achieve company objectives through the 3G specialist with main focus in ;
• Acquisition of prepaid subscribers
• Increase penetration of Data Services through the specialists
• Increase Penetration of 3G
• Achieve Phone Sales (high end, Data modems) Target
Key Responsibilities
Leader
• Recruit, maintain, manage, and motivate the 3G specialist
• Organize and attend meetings with specialists
• Monitor the performance and projection of the specialist in main KPI
• Ensure sales processes are in place within the region assigned.
• Be present at all Sales force meetings
• Participate in daily sales activities (VAN Sales, BTL, and Storms activities)
• Execute activation plan in the market
• Plan the monthly activations drive
• Interface between the Sales Team and the Back Office
Ambassador
• Interface between Tigo Direct Sales coordinators, Freelancers and Tigo
Entrepreneur/Territory Management
• Gathers local market relevant information from the field regarding Tigo and it’s competitors
• Is responsible for competitive landscaping
• Seizes tactical business advantages
• Develops relations with key local stakeholders
• Supervises execution of trade marketing activities
Qualification Required & Experience
University degree or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor in Business Administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
2 years of managerial experience with Field and Operation experience preferable in FMCG
