Job Summary
• Answering phone calls
• Checking and responding to emails
• Diary management, and scheduling appointments
• Filling and preparing documents for clients
• Advertising properties
• Marketing and promoting properties
• Having an in-debth understanding of the local market and competitors in the area to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Ensuring that all instructions are presented to the highest standard to prospective Tenants
• Managing customer feedback effectively, sending out feedback forms and immediately addressing any highlighted areas of concern.
• Actively supporting the office in achieving the highest levels of customer service feedback from clients, suppliers and the Company.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a Degree preferably in Business and Marketing
• Must be able to drive and have a valid drivers license
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a busy office environment.
• Self-motivation with a ’can do’ attitude.
• Excellent organisation skills and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Have good communication skills both over the ’phone and face to face.
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must work well under Pressure
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
• Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge of French
