To assist the Senior Pharmacist run the pharmacy department in line with the Vision of the Hospital. S/he in particular shall:

•   Coordinate the goals of community Pharmacy, follow-ups and patients care
•   Verify prescription information and dosage
•   Enter patients orders into the pharmacy system – H.I.S
•   Provide quality customer service to patients and other healthcare providers
•   Maintain drug inventory and make orders for replacement
•   Assist the pharmacist in preparing prescription orders

Qualification Required and Experience

Essential Requirements

•   HMD in Dispensing Technology
•   Minimum of two (2) years working in similar position as Pharmacy Technologist preferably in a hospital environment
•   Knowledge of the rules governing Controlled medications
•   Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
•   Excellent communication skills both writing & verbal
