Title: Customer Service Manager

The successful candidate for this position shall provide the leadership and direction required to develop and manage customer relationships. They shall deliver excellent customer service and champion this agenda across the institution. They must be able to demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key functions and responsibilities

•   Serve as the primary contact for clients who need any kind of assistance
•   Monitor, record and asses various business units on their responsiveness to client enquiries
•   Actively liaise with clients to assess ongoing requirements
•   Create schemes to promote and deepen client loyalty to the brand
•   Continually train front office staff on how to enhance customer

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree in any business related discipline (minimum second class upper)
•   Proven experience in a similar role
•   Evidence of formal training in customer service techniques
