Our Operations Sales Person will be mainly responsible for:

Broad Responsibilities

•   Following the DUFRY’s rules of our 1st Class Service and understanding our DUFRY Retail Philosophy
•   Working to satisfy customer needs and giving them accurate and current information in our shops.

Merchandising and Maintenance

•   Ensuring that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
•   Ensuring that all merchandise is displayed nicely and orderly
•   Maintaining 3 good store image by adhering to our internal dress guidelines

Operations

•   Operating the tiling system and being consistently accurate in money handling
•   Knowing the   procedures   for processing   paperwork between the Shop, the Shop Manager and other departments

Mentoring, Training and Employee Development
Taking advantage of the training opportunities that are offered

Remuneration
Fixed monthly salary and variable commissions based on sales.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Essential SHS (Senior High School) level or a related 2 years of experience in salts or similar operations/shops and a basic knowledge of the luxury branded consumer goods industry or commercial representative experience is an advantage.
