Job Summary

The Chief Operations Officer will coordinate the effective execution of all departmental goals, creating a harmonious working relationship between all departments. This role collaborates with the CEO to develop corporate and operational strategies, and is charged with facilitating these efforts across Operations. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, exuded by the objectives of Man Capital, the COO provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organisation and to ensure financial strength and operating, efficiency

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MBA/professional certifications compulsory and a good first degree
•   Must have at least 5 years' experience preferably in a financial institution as a Manager
