Job Vacancy For Executive Support and HR Manager At CAMFED Ghana



Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Executive Support and HR Manager will provide strategic HR support to the Executive Director with responsibility to operalionalise the HR procedures and policies within Camfed Ghana.

You will also provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Executive Director, this position is privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include:

•   Provide efficient and effective personal administration support, including diary management, travel requirements and liaison with donors to the Executive Director.
•   Provide high level confidential HR support to the Executive Director, acting as the point person for all aspects of HR within Camfed Ghana team.
•   Ensure compliance of Camfed’s HR procedures and policies across the team and communicate any changes.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A post graduate degree in human resource management, additional certification such as CIPD will be an advantage.
•   A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resource management, executive support.
•   Knowledge of international development issues from the perspective of organizations and governments, especially in education, community and youth development.
