A reputable non-banking financial institution seeks to recruit a competent individual for the position of Branch Head in Tamale
Position Summary
The Person will be responsible for maintaining effective and positive customer relationship, planning and delivering effective marketing strategies and monitoring the progress of new and existing products as well as provides operational management support on a day to day basis
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare marketing plans and strategies
• Assist subordinates to achieve targeted growth objectives
• Monitor and control business office income and expenditure to ensure profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure that such relationships are sustained through efficient and reliable delivery of total banking services and support for their businesses
• Create risk assets and manage risk to ensure quality loan portfolio
• Manage all employees within the branch
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of 1st degree in Business. An MBA will be an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Management
Skills and Competencies
Technical
• Balance sheet management
• Ability to complete favorable negotiations
• Strong analytical skills, especially in credit analysis and understanding of financial statements
• Demonstrate understanding of trade related business
Managerial
• Ability to plan, coordinate and follow up to monitor people and work activities

• Ability to coach and or mentor subordinates
