Job Vacancy For Marketing Officer (Lead Management) At Teledata ICT



Purpose
To manage the overall process for lead generation and management

Duties

•   Coordinates, handles and manages management process from beginning to end, including
1)  Capturing inquiries
2)  Qualifying leads
3)  Ranking (scoring) leads
4)  Distributing leads to appropriate sales staff using CRM software
5)  Nurturing leads
6)  Tracking leads
•   Uses the lead management system to:
1)  Determine the sources of leads
2)  Analyze which lead generation tactics produced the lead and which produced the highest quality leads
3)  Track and compare not only the lead volume, but the quality of leads by campaign
4)  Determine which sales staff are actually working their leads
•   Manages all aspect of lead generation plans, including phone campaigns, email campaigns and inbound/outbound sales callings and social network to achieve lead and pipelines targets
•   Works collaboratively with Sales department to develop lead scoring criteria to validate a lead’s quality before handing it off to Sales department
•   Works collaboratively with appropriate departments to create lead nurture programmes that will create greater velocity through the sales pipelines
•   Produces  and analyzes monthly report to demonstrate campaign progress on revenue, pipeline, awareness and marketing perception through reports on leads, conversion, opportunities and revenue potential
•   Performs any other related job as may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing  with a five years hands-on experience in leads generation/management
•   Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
•   Excellent numerical and analytical skills
