A reputable micro-finance company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND INFRASTRUCTURE EXECUTIVE

JOB PURPOSE

•   Under the supervision of the IS & I Manager, the IS& I Executive is responsible for managing all IS and Infrastructure.
•   Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual IS&I reports ensuring that all IS and I Targets and Policies are complied with within the assigned geographical area.
•   He / She is responsible for ensuring that all IS and Infrastructure are adequately maintained, backed up and up at all material times to facilitate the operation of the branches in His / Her area.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

•   To ensure that all operating and site infrastructure required for smooth running of the business is available and in working condition at all times.
•   To set up all authorized person on the organization’s Network infrastructure and ensure that they are all assigned the approved access levels.
•   To ensure that all IS and Infrastructure in His / Her operating area has 99% uptime.
•   To ensure that all faults identified on operating and site infrastructure are logged and promptly addressed.
•   To assist all staff in His / Her operating area on all operating and site infrastructure training (including IS Training) requisite to bring staff up to needed capacity.
•   To report regularly to the Branch Manager on the status of IS and Infrastructure at assigned intervals.
•   Manage electronic product and platforms of the organization
•   Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Diploma in Computer Systems, Software and Network Engineering.
•   AT least 1 year working experience.
•   Ability to work effectively under pressure with little or no supervision.
•   Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
