Duties of this role will include but not limited to:

•   Selling the products and services of the company
•   Plan and recruit Sales Representatives
•   Training and Development of Sales Representatives
•   Manage Sales Representatives to achieve personal as well as branch and corporate sales targets
•   Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets
•   Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations or corporate bodies
•   Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to Branch Manager
•   Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)

Qualification Required & Experience

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

•   A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
•   At least 3 years working experience in sales. Prior experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage
•   Excellent people management skills
•   A knack for achieving and exceeding targets
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills
•   Strong work ethics
•   Excellent knowledge in use of ICT to achieve results
