The candidate would be responsible for:

•   Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
•   Installation and configuration of computer systems
•   Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems
•   Replacing system parts as required
•   Providing telephone, online and face to face support to clients
•   Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
•   Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
•   Testing and evaluating new technology
•   Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
•   The candidate will be required to establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals in the organization.
•   She/he may be required to work on shift. Day/Night
