Job Vacancy For HR Manager At Capital Outsourcing Group (Tema)
A reputable Energy Company is looking for a candidate with a strong analytical skill, ability to work in a self-directed fashion within a team-oriented structure, strong work ethic, and professional maturity. Candidates must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Develops and maintains a Human Resource system that meets management information needs.
• Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers regarding HR policies and practices
• Recruits , interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions, administer offer letters
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
• Keeps records of employees benefit plans and participation, i.e. insurance and pension plans, reviews
• Coordinates management training in interviewing , hiring , terminations , promotions,
• Performance reviews, safety and professional conduct ( In accordance with policies)
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies , procedures and employee programs
• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness , compliance and equity within the organisation.
• Administers salary and payroll program for all employees
• Administers benefit programs, i.e. life , health and dental , pension plans , vacation , sick leave
Leave.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance
• Prepares budget of human resource operations for specific project/ plan
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor Degree in HR , Communication , Business or psychology
• Have 4-6 years experience working in a generalist HR or Management role
• Have 2-4 years in previous Supervisory or Management role
• NB: Preferably an Expatriate is needed.
