Job Vacancy For Network Manager At Engen Ghana Limited
Reporting To: Retail & Property Development Manager Director
Key Purpose:
To manage the relationship between Engen and the Dealer network in order to maximise return on investment and
customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
• Tactical management of portfolio of sites
• Identification and streaming of new sites and installation of new dealers Management of compliance to contractual obligations Dealer communication, development, support and advice
• Asset life-cycle management Reporting Customer care
• HSEQ
Specific Outcomes
• Market Intelligence, Network Manager Business Plan, Call Plan, Business Information in place
• Site performance measured against agreed targets High potential new site opportunities referred to property
developer
• Site meetings attended during construction, Suitable dealer selected Site received from Property and ready for
streaming, Prospective dealer trained
• Dealers adhere to credit policies and limits, Sites comply with HSEQ standards
• Compliance with legal agreements, Sites comply with Convenience practices Sites adhere to fuel stock control
procedures
• Dealers operate and utilise the Branch System in accordance to the Branch SOP's Effective financial management and controls on site level
• Promotions (National, Regional, Site-specific) successfully implemented on site level
Qualification Required & Experience
• Higher National Diploma in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is essential.
• Petroleum experience will be advantageous.
Knowledge. Skills and Attributes
• Service station specific financial/ admin/planning/forecasting Basic property criteria for volume projections, CTU training policies Dealer installation process, Standard site hand-over process Retail business processes (order
quantities/sla's/turnaround times) Credit policies, Account reconciliation, HSEQ policies, Content of legal agreements
• Convenience practices, Stock control policies & procedures, Retail appearance standards, Branch system, Extranet applications Other Engen specific systems, Service station financial practices Asset management, maintenance & insurance policies , Business evaluation, Decision-making
• Dynamic service philosophy, Computer literacy, Analytical & problem-solving Conflict management, Negotiation and presentation skills, Mentor, Basic business principles,
