A reputable Energy Company is looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, ability to work in a self-directed fashion within a team-oriented structure, strong work ethic, and professional maturity. Candidates must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

•   Review and approve a Construction Plan ( Work Element Level) with Project Construction Manager will All Required Resources
•   Review and approve all as Built Drawings after construction
•   Represent the Project Team at meetings with Clients, Regulators and Other Stakeholders
•   Ensure that all relevant engineering standards are abided by in all engineering designs
•   Review and approve all Purchases & Service order Agreements with Project Construction and Procurement Managers
•   Approve all FAT with supervision from the VP Engineering
•   Represent the Project Team at meetings with Clients, Suppliers and other Stakeholders
•   Ensure construction and installation of plants and equipment are implemented to the required prudent industry / utility practice so as to minimize operational risks
•   Ensure that daily construction, installation and commissioning reports / schedules are prepared for discussion during morning project and safety  briefing
•   Ensure that all stakeholders are educated about the required HS&E regulations
•   Support the Project Manager to develop and staff the Project Team
•   Support the VP- Operations to develop and implement a specific EPC Training program for the Project Team

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Have a recognized Bachelor Degree with National Service –with a minimum of 4-5 years’ working experience in a related field.
•   Have relevant work experience with a career progression of increasing responsibility including working at the management level.
•   Have advanced skills with MS office modules especially Excel, or similar software
•   Be proactive problem solver and strong inter-personal relationship skills
•   An excellent written and oral English language skill.
