Requirements

•   Minimum of 3 years Sales experience in Financial Services essential. Previous sales experience either the micro-lending or financial services / banking environmental essential
•   Ability to manage a team of sales staff, drive sales, motivate and ability to attain sales targets

Other Requirements

•   Hard working and driven, positive attitude, excellent management skills, accurate and fast worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimal supervision
•   Must have good knowledge of the Ashanti & Surrounding regions

•   Higher National diploma or tertiary education with degree
•   Computer Literate

•   MS-Office
