Job Vacancy For Sales Executives At SMT-Ghana (Accra, Tema, Tarkwa, Kumasi)



An advancing company within Automobile/Heavy Equipment Industry with an International credence is looking for high and self-motivated individuals with passion for sales to represent its interest as Sales Representatives within the Tema, Tarkwa, Accra, & the Kumasi Metropolis. He/She shall report directly to the Director of Sales.

Job Summary

Duties
Your day-to-day tasks & Obligations are likely to involve:

•   Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
•   Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
•   Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
•   Preparing reports for head office & Meeting regular sales targets
•   Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
•   Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
•   Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
•   Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•   Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations.
•   Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor/Diploma in Sales from a recognized University.
•   3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales
•   Experience and familiarity working with automobile/heavy equipment business is a plus.
•   By cultural with some international exposure will be an advantage.
•   A Post Graduate Degree in Sales/Marketing or its related field is an added advantage.

Technical Competences/Skills:

•   Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
•   Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
•   Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travel.

Location: Tema, Tarkwa, Accra, Kumasi
