Job Vacancy For Tellers At UDF Micrifinance Limited
The position requires individuals who are naturally good with people. S/he will provide a cashiering and hosting service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. On a day-to-day basis, this will involve handling withdrawal requests and accepting deposits from clients, accurately recording transactions, handling customer enquiries and processing documentation — all in line with set standards and procedures.
This role will require that you be flexible to assist in other areas of the company’s operations, as required , or directed by your manager.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Polytechnic/ University education or professional education and/or an equivalent level of experience and education;
• Previous Teller experience would be an asset;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends;
• Excellent oral and good written communication skills;
• Good numerical skills and experience of delivering a quality customer service and an eye for detail
• Service leadership that creates a positive team atmosphere and productive work environment;
• Working knowledge of various Windows-based computer applications such as e-mail and Internet navigation; Ms word, power point, excel, among others;
• Proactive and able to process information, as you listen to customers’ needs — and make sure they receive advice, guidance and services that meet their needs.
• Strong organizational skills.
