A reputable 4-star hotel with global brand affiliation is looking to employ top-notch professionals in the above positions to drive the company's overall marketing and human resources strategic planning programs towards achieving increased market share and profitability.

Core Responsibilities

•   Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues
•   Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development
•   Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff
•   Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions, analyzing information and applications.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   1st Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration (Human Resource Option) with 5 years experience as Human Resource Manager in hotel or related service industry or
•   2nd Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) with 3 years relevant managerial experience
