Societe Generale Ghana, your preferred banking institution and a market leader in the financial services industry in Ghana with countrywide representation, is seeking to recruit a professional to develop, implement and control the Bank's marketing communication.

This involves implementing communication and promotion actions for the bank's products and services, marketing
segment, channels and ensure effectiveness and consistency of branding in the network

Key Result Areas / Scope of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head, Product Development & Channels Distribution, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following, among other duties;

•   Lead a team to coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and
production of product promotional materials
•   Participate in the definition of promotions and campaigns and propose concepts and artwork for communicating
product and promotions
•   Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities
•   Coordinate and follow up on all actions for advertisement Develop and manage the production of events' marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met Coordinate and manage events coverings conferences, seminar, branch opening, fair, etc

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Excellent communication with strong organizational skills
•   Experience of successfully managing a team and building a network of contacts in the market
•   Must demonstrate creativity with strong evidence of successfully implementing a project in a complex environment
•   A minimum of 4 years experience in communication or marketing, good knowledge of banking industry.
•   A good first degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or its equivalent professional qualification. MBA
qualification will be an added advantage.
