Job Vacancy For Branch Manager At First National Savings and Loans Co. Ltd



As a result of expansion and transformation, with the goal of becoming the "People's Bank" First National Savings and Loans Co. Ltd is looking for dynamic experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the position of Branch Manager

This position is responsible to lead the Branch to achieve profitability and operational integrity and ensure quality service to customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

•  Manages and supervises the day to day operations of the branch
•  Prepares periodic returns of the branch to Head Office
•  Supervises and manages staff performance, team-work and motivation
•  Markets the institution and mobilises deposits
•  Supervise the leading functions of the Branch

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Bachelors degree from a reputable University
•  Master's degree will be an added advantage
•  Five years or more experience in banking operations or a similar position
•  Strong managerial, business development and analytical skills
•  Must be assertive, focused and self motivated
•  Good computer skills
