We are inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to apply for the following position:- Human Resources Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
•   Provide support to management and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
•   Managing talent and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities and ensuring a comprehensive system is in place to hire and retain good talents
•   Monitor staff performance and maintain staff records
•   Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and management on human resource and work related issues such as disciplinary / grievance issues.
•   Provide general information regarding the application of the company policies and
•   Perform other related human resource and administration duties as required

Technical Requirements:

•   A university degree in Human Resources Management or Management,
•   A minimum of five years proven work experience
•   Performance review methods and techniques staff training, development and recognition
•   Effective communication, time-management and interpersonal skills
•   Maintain confidentiality of information, written or spoken, with regards to all employee matters and
•   Knowledge and experience in a professional services firm would be an added advantage
