The individual must have a thorough understanding of the capital markets and in-depth understanding of emerging trends in the securities trading environment.

Responsibilities

•   Conduct equity analyses, forecasts and valuations of companies
•   Perform analysis of companies seeking financing for specific projects
•   Evaluate different financial instrument, and develop financial models to aid in the analysis process
•   Place client funds in selected assets, based on sound analysis and recommendations
•   Process client investments orders
•   Advise both prospective and existing clients on financing options
•   Track and monitor performances of investment assets over selected period and
•   Undertake periodic preparation and distribution of statements to clients

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline, preferably with relevant professional qualifications
•   Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking, fund management of related activities.
•   Excellent analytical, quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills
•   A team player who can manage efficiently in a fast-changing environment
•   Ability to work with little supervision
•   Experience in marketing and CVA certification are added advantages
