Twifo Oil Palm Plantations Limited, an Agro Industrial Company in the Central Region. The company is looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position:- Mechanical Supervisor

Planning and scheduling maintenance works and supervise/ coordinate activities in the maintenance of Palm Oil Processing Plant safely and efficiently.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Applicant must possess HND Mechanical Engineering or MET Part III or its equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years post qualification experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.

•   Ability to communicate in a good and concise manner
•   Safety conscious, ensuring assigned tasks are carried out in a safe manner
•   Ability to prepare reports, inventories, performance review and schedule work
•   Ability to meet deadlines
•   Ability to lead and motivate subordinates to perform
•   Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
