Job Vacancy For Social Secretary At South African High Commission



Duties

•   Assist the Head of Mission by performing clerical and secretarial duties
•   To provide effective information and security administration in the office of the Head of Mission
•   To render a professional client and assistant to all stakeholders
•   To render protocol services to the Head of Mission

Skills Required

•   Communication skills
•   Computer skills (applicants must be proficient in Excel, Word, Typing)

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of 12 years schooling with a completion of at least one year secretarial Diploma / Certificate PLUS a minimum of 3 years experience as a secretary as, typist, receptionist or clerk

Location: Accra
