Job Vacanch For IT Support Officer At Stellar Group



Job Description

•   To provide frontline IT support to customers and ensure that users are attended to accordingly;
•   To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications;
•   To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
•   To troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software faults;
•   Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
•   Support the roll-out of new applications;
•   Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT helpdesk;
•   Contribute to ensuring that the helpdesk systems and software are kept up to date and messages are passed on and
feedback received promptly.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least 5 years experience in a fast paced environment providing support services to premium users especially,
management team.
•   Professional qualifications such as MCSE, MCSA or MCITP will be an added advantage;
•   Ability to think logically;
•   Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients;
•   Ability to work well in a team;
•   Strong customer focus;
•   Attention to detail;
•   Ability to prioritize workload
