Main Responsibilities

•   Supporting the management on multiple activities across the life-cycle of the purchase order. This potentially includes raising Material Requisition, purchase orders, good receipts and service entry reporting and issue resolution
•   The selected candidate(s) will also serve as SAP ‘Super Users’ within their respective work groups. In this capacity, he or she will serve as front-line support for SAP users, fielding and responding to questions around SAP MM Module
•   Candidates should have proven SAP implementation experience as user and need to have knowledge of the procure to pay process stream including Roles, and document workflow

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A university degree in any field of study
•   Have familiarity with SAP Material Management (MM module
•   Oil and Gas experience preferred
•   Ability to work independently when needed
•   Team player attitude
•   Self-motivated
•   Organised
•   Detailed and accuracy oriented
•   Excellent data entry skills
